L'algodystrophie de la main
L'atteinte de la main isolée est relativement fréquente. Le contexte post traumatique est très souvent retrouvé, c'est aussi une complication de certaines chirurgies de la main : opération du syndrome du canal carpien par exemple, opération de la maladie de Dupuytren.
L'aspect clinique évolue classiquement en deux phases
La phase "chaude" qui dure quelques semaines à quelques mois
Le tableau est caractérisé par un oedème douloureux de la main dans les jours qui suivent un traumatisme ou une intervention (douleur sous plâtre) avec des troubles de la peau (chaude, luisante), un enraidissement des doigts dû à la douleur au début.
Sans traitement l'évolution se fait en quelques semaines vers la phase froide avec la peau qui devient fine, froide et cyanotique. La douleur s'atténue et apparait un enraidissement des doigts et du poignet
les particularités à la main : on peut associer comme traitements : une à 2 infiltrations au niveau du canal carpien cela a une bonne action antalgique (sauf si la chirurgie a concerner le canal carpien . Les bains écossais à faire chez soi sont des petits moyens utiles. En cas de raideur des doigts le port d'orthèses dynamiques flexion/extension est possible
